Drew brings 19 years of critical content and operational expertise to OpDecision. Throughout the early years of his career, he developed a comprehensive understanding of the wireless communications services industry. In 2003, seeing
an opportunity in the under-serviced cellular market, he co-founded Global West Communications to help companies understand their options in the wireless landscape. After selling that company, Drew launched Global East Communications, which was rebranded as OpDecision in 2010.
Drew received a Bachelor of Science degree in Advertising/ Public Relations from Pennsylvania State University.
Galen is responsible for overseeing financial management and operations for all customer projects at OpDecision. Galen has over 9 years of experience in the wireless telecommunications space including business to business sales, WEM software, and cost reduction. Galen has spent the past 7 years handling finance and business operations for a variety of technology companies.
Galen received a BA from Wake Forest University and his MBA from the University of San Diego.

THE EVOLUTION OF OPDECISION
In 2007, Drew Polin launched Global East Communications which focuses on reducing wireless costs, optimizing service plans, and negotiating with carriers to procure lower pricing for equipment and services.
Global East was rebranded to OpDecision while continuing to grow the consulting and cost reduction strategies in the wireless and telecom arena.
In 2015, 2016 and 2017 - OpDecision was ranked as one of the fastest-growing, privately held businesses, in the Philadelphia region by the Philadelphia 100®.
In early 2019, OpDecision was acquired by Ten4.
OpDecision expanded our managed services offerings with the addition of a wireless help desk, providing day-to-day end user support and procurement.
OpDecision’s rebrand reflects the evolution of the company and its continued growth as part of the Ten4 family. Looking ahead, OpDecision will continue to expand its software and services to provide clients one platform to manage all of their mobile communications.
